Over the past months the virus has caused unforeseen disruptions to our operations and supply chains. The Covid safety protocols that we have initiated, while keeping our team safe, have reduced efficiency in operations. We have done our very best to shield you from these disruptions but it has caused a 2 to 3-day delay in shipping this past week. We sincerely apologize for this delay and our team is working overtime to get your order to you. I am reaching out to let you know that as the situation evolves and specific information becomes available on any impact to your order, we will immediately reach out with an update.
