My interest in competitive bodybuilding began at the age of 19. When I competed in my first and last teenage NPC contest. I knew then that I had a passion for the sport. I continued to develop the best as I could be while Building a family, my main priority, and working full time as well. I started to acknowledge my true potential in 2010. Until the beginning of 2010 I had prepped both on and off season completely solo. My first time with a trainer, under the coaching and tutelage of National Super Heavy NPC competitor Bair Mone, I received my NPC National Qualifier at the 2010 NPC Kentucky Muscle on November 13- (2nd) Place Open Light Heavy, as well as (2nd) Novice Heavy Wt. Only loosing to a good friend and the Overall Champion. I followed that up at the 2011 NPC Indiana State/ and Hoosier Classic on July 23- (1st) Place Heavy Wt. and Overall in my Hoosier Class and (4th) Open Heavy Wt. in the Indiana State Class. So far my short time as a serious bodybuilder has been very spiritual and fulfilling. It has also been very motivational both myself and others. I am starting to transition into training others and make a full transition into the fitness industry. I am striving to be the best I can be and move toward the National NPC Level very soon in pursuit of a IFBB Pro Card!
The no nonsense approach of NutraBio products lets me know exactly what I put in my body milligram for milligram every time. I am now starting to realize and achieve my full potential with them integrated into my day to day routine. Thanks to NutraBio!
Thanks to my wife Maria for her management and support. My two lovely girls Cheyenne and Brisa for keeping me grounded. And also all of my family and friends who continue to drive me to being the best everyday.

Buddy Roberts has been signed to UFC!
Buddy Roberts is a confident striker who exhibits good quickness and agility for the division. He comes out with his head down, hands up, while looking to assert himself as the aggressor early. Roberts possesses a good kicking game showing the ability to land powerful outside low kicks and nifty inside leg kicks. Showing good flow and rhythm to his standup, Roberts links his kicks and punches together in a very smooth manner. He shows a good jab-cross combination, respectable punching power and demonstrates the ability to be aggressive while remaining defensively conscious at all times.

I wasn't the most athletic kid growing up always having problems running and being semi out of shape playing sports. After so long of being out of shape and not exceeding in sports, I decided to stop all activity during High school. Although my metabolism only had me gain about 10lbs per year I was getting more and more out of shape. Fast forward to I was 20 I became motivated to finally do something about my appearance for being so unhappy with it (and wanting to attract girls). I joined my first gym and started to workout with some guidance from my cousin and a few puke sessions I thought I could do better on my own and opened my first bodybuilding magazine saw a Jay Cutler ad and said "That is how I want to look!" So after doing it all the wrong way of eating everything in sight and getting up to 250lbs I started to get serious learn about the diet and nutrition and do things the right way. Last year (2011) I put my mind to it and With the help and financial support of family decided to step on stage, more for the learning experience and to find out what I needed to do to become better I entered my 1st competition. Although placing poorly, it's motivated me to push harder and learn from the mistakes I've made and now I'm striving to become an IFPA Professional and with the backing of NutraBio I know this will happen sooner rather than later!
I'd like to thank Ashley for all her support!

Through a lot of determination and hard work, Philadelphia native Christopher Wescott was able to build an award winning physique against all odds. With incredible, athletic muscle mass, classic symmetry, and top physical condition year round, he is one of America's most up and coming natural bodybuilders. Christopher's passion for bodybuilding and living a healthy lifestyle started when he was 16 years old heading into his senior year of high school. He quickly realized that a total physique makeover was in order to attract college scouts and increase his confidence, so in the summer of 2005 Christopher began working out in the basement of his local barber shop and his physique progressed quickly. Christopher graduated high school ranked 7th in his class with a 3.7 GPA, but due to an administration error, a college career was unlikely so the Air Force became his best option. Christopher enlisted into the United States Air Force in December 2006 and has served in places such as Portugal, Japan, Korea, Africa, Guam and Germany. It was during his two year tour in Korea where Christopher learned how to diet, train and pose properly for a bodybuilding competition. Since 2010, Christopher has never placed outside top 3 in any competition, has made three magazine appearances, was a featured athlete on Musclemania's homepage five times and has had one television appearance on the Armed Forces Network. In 2011, he won 1st place heavyweights, 1st place junior heavyweights and an overall title at the Musclemania New Mexico and 2nd place junior heavyweights at the Musclemania Universe. Christopher's goal for 2012 is to win two Texas State natural titles; under the tutelage of Dewayne Malone and NutraBio, this goal can easily be accomplished!

I grew up in South Jersey right outside Philadelphia. As a child I was overweight and struggled with self confidence. At age 13 I started weight training and soon realized my true passion. These first few months of weight training changed my life forever and I quickly delved into bodybuilding. I stepped onstage for the first time 3 years later and have never looked back. In 2007 I won the middleweight division at the NPC Collegiate Nationals and have continued to push my physique and now compete as a successfully as a light-heavyweight.
Through theses years of training I focused on learning as much about the human body, and its mechanics as possible. I completed my degree in Health & Exercise Science, received my ACE Personal Training Certification, and AAAI Sports Nutrition Certification. I studied and tested designing programs not only for myself, other bodybuilders, and champion figure athletes, but for the average person as well. It is my greatest accomplishment to say I have helped other's change their lives and reach many top placing's at NPC shows.
Recently I have been in BPI's Roxylean add that is in Muscular Development, Flex, Muscle & Fitness, and many other magazines. I am also on Team Nytro for Prosource.com. I will be competing at the NPC Eastern USA and the NPC Nationals in 2012 as I try to reach my dream and achieve IFBB pro status.

I started working out when I was 14 in my buddy’s garage with crappy, concrete weights. During off season in 8th grade, the whole football team maxed out on the bench press and I was the strongest out of everyone. The summer after 9th grade when I was 15 yrs old, I bench pressed 320lbs and only weighed 145lbs. I joined the army when I was 17 yrs old, still a junior in high school. I went to basic training that summer. I graduated with honors for having the biggest Physical Fitness score in my company. I graduated high school and 7 days later I left to Arizona for my Army job training. When I was done, I became a personal trainer. A yr later I was deployed to Iraq. While in Iraq I competed in all of the bench press competitions on my FOB. I was only beat once. It was by a guy that outweighed me by almost 50 lbs. He was a nice guy but told me I would never be able to bench 400lbs weighing only 165lbs. I never forgot that. I ended up beating him the second and last time we both competed. That was in 2010 some time. In April of 2012, I benched 405lbs and 420lbs right after. I lifted seriously on and off since then. In Dec 2012, I competed in the bench press competition at Metroflex gym in Houston. I benched 402lbs. My buddy Tony who’s a very successful bodybuilder convinced me to compete. It was also him that decided to look up the records and told me how close I was to US and world records. I never thought I was that strong. So I have him to thank for a lot. I stopped lifting for about 3 months after that due to Army obligations and a shoulder injury. I have now been lifting now for about 7 weeks. I decided that I would compete in the AAU Bench Press Competitions at the Ronnie Coleman Classic about 8 weeks out. I am less than two weeks from that competition now. I want to be the best in my weight class and also inspire any and everybody that they can do whatever they want. I want to inspire people to keep going when people tell them that they won't be able to do it for whatever reason.

My name is James and I was born and raised in Chicago, Il. I currently reside in Olathe, Ks. I'm 29 years old and I'm married to my wife Amber. We have two beautiful little girls; Alexandra who's 6 and Capri who is 1 1/2yrs old. I do in person training at Hitch Fit Gym and also conduct ONLINE personal training programs through my website JamesHanton.com.
Working out has always been a main priority in my life as long as I can remember. I played football in high school, in College and then played Arena Football. So, all throughout my football career it was very important to be in the best physical condition I could. It helped me perform to the best of my abilities and fight off injuries.
Throughout this time I had wondered how to share my knowledge of health and fitness with the world, and how I could influence others to meet their fitness goals. Personal Training gives me that opportunity! My training career has also lead me to the fitness model industry, which can only help me grow my business and my fan base, in order to touch more lives through health, fitness and motivation. I am very excited to see what the future holds.
As for Business Ventures, I do Online Personal Training to help change many peoples lives.. I also write for "World Physique Magazine" where my article is Labeled "Dads Fitness".

Johnny won the Disney cup in 2009, which is a huge race and a big honor. He is number one in his class which is expert. He was also in 2009 number one in state number one national and so far this year which has just started number one in points. He was also asked to do the worlds when he was 17 which is one of the biggest honors. And the last guy he trained became number one in the world last year. He'll be training all this year so he can do the next world race.
Why I started: I was always very active as a kid.I started riding a bike at the age of 2, never had training wheels.I don't even remember learning its just something that always come natural to me. I started speed skating when I was 8-14 while I was riding motorcross and skate boarding , I was never big on the mainstream sports. Oneday when I was 14 my parents took me to a BMX track and I fell inlove with it, and from that day I never wanted to quiet.
What Inspires Me: It's been my passion since I was 14. The competition and difficulty in competing, and the sudden adrenaline rush you get when your lined on the gate, and the over all atmosphere of BMX. Also it keeps me in a constant healthy state.
Disappoints: Some of my injuries over the years that took me off my bike for any period of time was The only thing that disappoints me.
Supplements help me: They help me achieve my physical strength and conditioning for my sport. I give 110% of everything I have in every muscle of my body for forty seconds at a time. They also help me replace what I loose.Without supplements i would not have the stamina I have now.

I am currently a long distance trail / cross country runner. I started working out in 1953 at age 10. I was involved in bodyweight things at first, then got into iron at the YMCA around 1956. I started running in 1977 at age 34 and did my first marathon 5 months later. Then I graduated to longer events like a 6 day track run in 1982 which turned out to be a state record with 302 miles. I finally found my place in sports in trail races. I do fairly well at age 68 and I won my age group ( 65-69 ) in 2 series this year. I have worked in 5 vitamin stores part time and have helped hundreds get into better nutrition and exercise. I am just staying fit these days and train for my races. Unlike most runners I work the whole body. My short term goal is to be the fittest 70 year old in Metro Atlanta. Under 18 months to go. I train outside most of the time and alone. I do not need classes, groups, videos, programs, etc. I just do things, and these days with NutraBio on my shelf.

More information about Kirk Fontenot will be available soon!

A little bit about me.
Back in 2004 I weighed 125lbs. From that point on the gym and eating consumed my life and still does. Within a year I stepped on stage weighing 176 pounds as a middle weight in the 2005 Arizona open and took second. I fell in love with the sport and always stive to be the best.
Since then I've won the Los Angeles Championships in 2009,2011. Ive competed on the national stage being the USA's in Las Vegas. In 2010 i took 7th as a light heavy and in 2011 i took 6th as a light heavy.
The goal for 2012 is to step on stage as a heavy weight in the quest of a pro card come November at the Nationals. With the help of NutraBio products those kind of gains are possible within a years time!

My journey in natural bodybuilding began when I was 16. I competed in my first contest wanting to be like the more advanced guys, totally huge and shredded to the bone. Bodybuilding didn't get really interesting till this past year when I drove home in my mind the motive for competing which isn't just trophy hunting and the feeling of self gratification you get when you win. Now, for me a bodybuilding competition is an opportunity to impact as many people as I can with the media, a social networks and actual contest itself. Spreading the message of natural fitness and the reason behind why I do what I do justifies my intense passion for this sport. I recently won professional status in the natural world of bodybuilding and with the help of Kirk Fontenot I plan on competing (with that same awesome motive) on a world class level in the very near future.

My name is Oliya Melnichuk, I'm a proud Florida NPC Judge, a Figure Competitor, Fitness Model, Lifestyle Coach and a Founder/Owner of TRUE IRON Gear, Posing Trunks and Accessories. I'm 5'6, 125 lbs (contest) - 130 (offseason). I've been competing since 2009 and training since 2006. Since I can remember I always used to be made fun of for being very skinny. I had a very rough childhood and teenage years, growing up in a foreign country (USA) away from most of my family back in Ukraine, along with dealing with kids constantly picking on me for being a "string bean" immigrant kid. No matter how much I'd eat I could never gain weight. I'd sit and browse through the fitness magazines, admiring all the muscular/toned girls, and dreamt that one day I could become one of them. In 2009 I finally decided to take it to the next level and competed in my first show, winning the overall. I spent a whole year and a half competing in Bikini on a national level, and realized that it is not for me. It's always been my dream to become a Figure competitor so I made a switch in the beginning of 2011 and I couldn't be happier. It's a long road filled with many bumps and stop signs, every single setback is just another lesson learned, another grain of wisdom added to your overall experience and knowledge, so as long as you are passionate about it nothing can ever stop you from achieving your dreams.

I started lifting weights about 6 and a half years ago. Just wanted to get toned.. lol.. My best friend was working out with me and she got into the best shape of her life and talked me into doing a competition with her " cause it would be fun to do one together!" So in 2009 I entered into my very first amateur competition! I won that one and won the overall so I earned my Pro Status!! I competed in 2 more competitions that year as a Pro and earned first place in each of those. In 2010 I did 2 competitions. The first in my hometown and the 2nd I did in Washington D.C. That one was the Yorton Cup or the Worlds for the Federation I compete in. I won my World Title!!! This year I competed in 4 competitions and as you know I won all 4 of them. I won the Yorton Cup or Worlds for the IFPA again and then went for another world title with another Natural Organization called MuscleMania. I earned another World Title!! What a way to finish off the year. Below I will outline each competition.. Let me know if you need anything else!!

My name is, "Little" Patricia Vidonic, I am a professional mixed martial artist, mom and wife. Originally from Medford Oregon, now out of Billings, MT. I hold a pro record of 5-1 and held an ammy record of 4-1. I fight at 105lbs to 115lbs and have been training for 3 years now. I have accomplished a lot in those three years. I held 3 ammy titles in 3 separate promotions at two different weights. I have earned fight of the night, five times now. I filmed a reality show for professional female MMA fighters(where I also fought, however the results haven‘t been released yet), and I am fighting regularly. My last bout was April 22nd in Montana. I won via armbar in the 2nd round! Did I mention that I have no martial arts background and I never wrestled, everything I have learned is specifically for the cage. I work very hard, I am dedicated, and know that I will reach the top. I always conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner. I love my family, my friends, my job and my life.
I grew up in Southern Oregon as an only child, and I lost my mom at a young age. She was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 34 (I was 13) and passed away at 36. She had gone through 2 bouts of chemotherapy, one radiation and numerous surgeries including: lumpectomy, two mastectomies. About two months after I turned 15, she passed away; I was with her when she passed. After that I had some teenage rough patches then ended up getting pregnant and having a son by the time I was 19. His name is Marky, and he is a typical 12yr old; he likes skateboarding, bmx, video games and girls. Occasionally he even dresses down and does some MMA with his mommy. The biggest highlight of my career is knowing I can be a positive role model to everyone. I get a big kick out of the kids who come up to me and ask to get a picture with me. They look at me with such admiration, which makes me strive harder and stay focused. I have a wonderful husband and son who both support me 100%, as well as many friends, family and fans who I also want to thank for their support.

1 child, Madelyn 6yrs old
Occupation: Paralegal/Office Manager/Personal Assistant
Competed for the first time in 2010
I started lifting weights about 5 years ago. Hired a trainer at 24 hour fitness, because I had previously just done various cardio and some lifting DVD's at home and needed help, because I was clueless on how to lift weights or my way around the gym and its equipment. In 2009 I watched my twin sister compete in her very first amateur body building competition and win the overall and her pro card. At the end of that season she told me that I should compete and maybe try figure. I had never watched the figure portion of the competitions, because Patricia did body building, so I didn't really know what it was about, but I decided I would train and compete in 2010. The idea of actually competing scared me to death. I am by nature a little shy and the idea of getting up on stage in front of a room full of strangers was not my idea of fun!! I guess I really decided to compete not because I wanted to win per se, but more as a way to push myself beyond my comfort zones or challenge myself to do something I would normally shy away from. I did it more for personal growth and the experience. So, in September of 2010 I competed in my first amateur figure competition in my hometown and won the overall in open short and the overall in 35+, winning my pro card in both categories. It was a long day, but rewarding. I honestly went into that competition with no expectations. So, I then did 2 pro shows that year and won first place in my class at both. 2011 I competed in 3 competitions. Won the overall in September at the Pro International and I am now the reigning IFPA World Figure Champion for 2011 for the Yorton Cup that was held in October. I then competed in November in Figure America in Vegas in a different natural organization called the Musclemania. I got 2nd place in my class there. 2011 was a tremendous year for me!! My plans for 2012 are not definate at the moment. Below I outlined each competition.
2010
KC Classics in Sept of 2010, first place open short, first place open 35+ (earned my pro card in both divisions on very first competition ever )
Gaspari Nutrition Pro in October of 2010 (first pro show) First place in Pro Tall
Musclepharm Yorton Cup 2010 first place place Pro Medium.
2011
KC Classics Pro International in Sept 0f 2011 First place and overall winner ( only one class )
Musclepharm Yorton Cup 2011 in Oct First place Pro tall and Overall Winner. Crowned the 2011 Figure Pro Winner, also won for Best Stage Presentation
Figure America in November 2011 2nd place open figure short

My name is Victoria Altomare, and I am a member of Canada's beach volleyball team. I started playing indoor volleyball when I was around 13 years old, and would play beach volleyball for fun in the summer. I quickly realized that I absolutely loved everything about the game, and wanted to take it a little more seriously. When I was 19, after my first year of University I decided to stop playing indoor, transfer schools and try-out for the Canadian Beach National Team. I am now 21 years old, and besides traveling all over the world representing my country, I study Psychology at York University. With graduating school in mind my plan for the next three years is to train hard so i can represent Canada at the 2016 Olympics in Brazil, and the 2015 Pan American games. I am a two time national champion, and in 2011 my beach partner Melissa Humana and I won a silver medal at the under 21 Junior World Championships. I am now playing with Sophie Bukovec, and together this summer we hope to represent Canada at the under 23 World Championships, place top 3 at the Canadian National Championships, and medal during our Continental Tour events. Nutrition is such a huge part of my training day and so I couldn't be more excited to work with Nutrabio for this upcoming 2013 season!
