 Suggested Usage:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1
or more servings of Waxy Maize in your favorite beverage or protein
drink and consume either before or after working out. Always
consume adequate amounts of liquid with Waxy Maize. We recommend
starting with one serving (35 grams) post workout and see how your body responds, you can always add or reduce
