Suggested Usage:

As a dietary supplement take 1 level scoop (2000 mg) mixed into water or your favorite beverage daily or as directed by your physician. Mix for 15 to 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. May not mix very easily. May be hygroscopic and may clump during storage which will not affect the quality. For capsules take 4 capsules daily or as recommended by your physician.
