IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate) is a phosphorylated form of inositol commonly found in fiber-rich plant such as oats, wheat, rice, corn and legumes. IP-6 may inhibit lipid peroxidation and suppress the body's production of free radicals. Many researchers believe some of fiber's health benefits may be due to the antioxidant and immune-enhancing activities of IP-6. In-vitro and animal research has shown IP-6 to have significant protective and growth-regulating effects on certain cells and tissues. IP-6 supports immunity and cardiovascular health by enhancing Natural Killer (NK) cells and chelating reactive iron to protect against corrosive hydroxyl free radicals.

Suggested Use: For capsules: For adults, take three (3) capsules twice daily, between or before meals. Best taken on an empty stomach. IP6 is an efficient mineral chelator and therefore should NOT be taken at the same time of day as minerals or medications. For Powder: For adults, take 1 level scoop with water or your favorite beverage, between or before meals. Best taken on an empty stomach.
