Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is major neurotransmitter widely distributed throughout the central nervous system (CNS). This neurotransmitter appears to have a significant influence on the pituitary gland’s hormone secretion, primarily through its hypothalamic effect.

GABA is also the most important and widespread inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. It helps prevent the over-firing of the nerve cells and decreases overall neuron activities in the CNS. Suggested Usage:

As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving on an empty stomach, or as directed by your health consultant. Best if taken before sleep and on an empty stomach. Some items may be hygroscopic and may clump during shipment. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, but just the texture. GABA easily dissolves in liquids and does not have an unpleasant taste. GABA may also be dissolved in the mouth for quicker assimilation.
