Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that has numerous health and athletic performance benefits. Citrulline is used to support the detoxification of ammonia and to enhance nitric oxide production. Citrulline, along with arginine and ornithine helps to rid the body of ammonia, a toxic byproduct of protein metabolism. Citrulline also provides a readily available substrate for arginine production, which is used for the production of nitric oxide. Citrulline Malate Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement take 1 level scoop (3000 mg) of powder or 6 capsules with water or your favorite beverage, 1-2 times daily or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 6 grams (6000mg) per day. When using powder mix for 15 to 20 seconds using a shaker cup or mix thoroughly with a spoon. May not mix very easily. May be hygroscopic and may clump during storage. This does not effect the efficacy of the product, but just the texture. Can be mixed with your creatine or arginine supplements for enhanced results.
