For Athletics & Endurance: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop (12g) twice daily. Take 30-45 minutes before and after physical activity.
For Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue & Cardiac Health: Take 1 scoop (12g) mixed into your favorite beverage 3 times daily for the first 2 weeks, or as recommended by your physician. After 2 weeks the dose may be reduced to twice daily for maintenance.
