Alpha Lipoic Acid is an extremely strong antioxidant that helps neutralize cell-damaging free radicals in both the water-soluble and fat soluble compartments in the cell. Alpha Lipoic Acid is an extremely versatile nutrient that is both water and fat soluble, which gives it the ability to function in almost any part of the body. Alpha Lipoic Acid is a potent antioxidant. It neutralizes free radical damage in cells while enhancing the activity of antioxidant vitamins B and C.

Alpha Lipoic Acid is also a key component in the metabolic process, and can help decrease fat storage in your body by directing calories into energy production. It improves the action of insulin, which increases glucose, amino acid and nutrient uptake in muscle cells. This could mean increased energy production in your muscles, as well as significantly better and faster results from your workouts.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 100mg to 600mg daily with a meal or as directed by your physician. For maximum benefit, take up to 300 mg per day. if using the powder, we advise that an accurate milligram weight scale be used to measure out each serving as measuring by volume is not always accurate.

This product is very acidic and should not be taken orally unless encapsulated or buffered. Oral use of powder can cause burning of the esophagus.
