Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving mixed into your favorite beverage twice daily on an empty stomach. On workout days, take one dose 15 minutes prior to your workout, take your second dose at least 4 hours before or after your first dose. On non-workout days time your doses at least 4 hours apart. To maximize results, drink at least 64 oz of water daily while using AKG Stack.

For best results: The effectiveness of the Arginine in this stack is greatly diminished if foods have been consumed that cause other amino acids or significant amounts of insulin to be present in the bloodstream along with the arginine. Active Ingredient #1: AAKG-KIC - Arginine Alpha-ketoglutarate-ketoisocaproate

Active Ingredient #2: OKG - Ornithine Alpha-ketoglutarate

Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate, also known as OKG, is an advanced muscle growth and anti-catabolic amino acid supplement designed for serious strength athletes. Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (OKG) consists of the amino acid ornithine bonded to alpha-ketoglutarate molecules.
